How do I apply for a vacancy?

Click the ‘Search Jobs’ link at the header navigation, find the vacancy you are interested in and click ‘Apply’.

How do I search for jobs?

Click the ‘Search Jobs’ link in the header navigation, this will take you to the correct page.

Why do I need to create a profile?

We have created an online application system that helps you to find the right job. When you create your profile, our system will know who you are every time you visit our site. This means you can save jobs halfway through an application, receive job alerts, and of course apply for a vacancy. When you log in, you’re simply telling the system who you are.

If I am not successful can I apply again?

Yes, of course you can. Simply search the vacancies and apply!

I applied for a job, but have not had a response – who do I contact?

Contact our HR Resourcing Team by email at Recruitment@ipl-ltd.com.

What happens after I apply?

Your application will be reviewed by a member of our HR Resourcing Team and if your application is successful you will be invited to attend an interview for the position. If you are unsuccessful, you will be notified via email.

How quickly will my application be processed?

In most cases, our HR Resourcing team will be in contact with you within 5 working days.

Can I send a job to a friend?

Yes you can. When you are viewing a vacancy there are ‘share’ buttons listed within the page.

What Right to Work documentation do I need?

You will need to go to https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/acceptable-right-to-work-documents-an-employers-guide to find out more about which documents you will need to bring.

If I have a disability what can I do?

If you’re invited to an assessment centre or interview, please contact the Recruitment Team to talk through any reasonable adjustments you may need.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

Use the ‘Forgotten Password’ link on your personal details page to send yourself a password reset link

How do I go back to a job I previously started applying for?

Simply log into your profile in the IPL Careers Site and click ‘Continue’ on the application you wish to continue making.

Can I update my profile information?

Yes, you can log into your profile and update your information at any time.
